Ms. Channa, Co-Founder

Foothills Montessori Academy was founded with a deep belief that early childhood education should be nurturing, respectful, and developmentally meaningful.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and an Early Childhood Montessori credential, with over a decade of experience in Montessori education.

As a mother of three daughters, I understand firsthand how important it is to find a high-quality early learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow.

Together with my husband Richard, who supports operations behind the scenes, our vision is to create a school that feels like an extension of home—calm, welcoming, and rooted in respect for each child.

We are committed to being actively involved in the daily operations of the school to ensure the highest quality care and education for every family we serve.
